To partner with Dougherty County School System in continuing Captain Thomas’ legacy; by providing scholarships, mentorship, and support to students pursuing higher education. We strive to uplift young people through opportunity, encourage community engagement, and promote values of leadership, integrity, and public service.

Positive Behavior
Choosing to engage in positive behavior empowers us to build a life rooted in stability, purpose, and personal growth. When we intentionally act with kindness, integrity, and optimism, we not only improve our own mental well-being but also strengthen our relationships and open doors to greater opportunities. Embracing positivity isn’t just a mindset; it’s a powerful way to live your best life every day.
Classwork & Attendance
Putting your best effort into classwork starts with being present and engaged in the classroom. Consistent attendance is increasingly recognized as a key factor in student success. Research shows that students themselves value being in class; even if they’re not fond of mandatory attendance policies. At least 85% say they actually prefer having an attendance policy because it helps them stay on track. Showing up, participating, and giving your best effort each day not only improves your academic performance but also sets the foundation for lifelong habits of responsibility and excellence.
Community Service
When you take part in community service, you're not just helping out; you're making a real difference. It’s a powerful way to show pride in your neighborhood and take responsibility for its future. You become part of something greater than yourself, working to uplift and improve the place you call home.
